Butter Cookies with Berry Jam

Delicate, buttery cookies with a centre of homemade mixed berry jam.  We love these sweet-tarts for the burst of berries and melt-in-your-mouth richness. These little gems are as pretty as they are nostalgic.

Ingredients:

Cookie: Wheat flour, butter, baking powder, egg, sugar, salt, vanilla paste
Jam: Mixed berries (red currants, strawberries, blackberries, black currants, raspberries, blueberries), sugar, cornstarch

Allergens: Dairy, Egg, Gluten

Best enjoyed within 2 weeks from the delivery date; keep in an airtight container. Best enjoyed refrigerated or at room temperature.
